Who are we?
The short version: chaoticcancellation is your back office
chaoticcancellation has evolved, simply we want to help you cancel the chaos within. We help manage your project from start to finish, helping you stay organized and focused on what is important: your business and the reason you started your business. We handle all the accounting details and paperwork from daily entry to dealing with the IRS.
The long version is about revolutionary change, changing the chaos into order, change your ideas, change your world.
General Meaning: According to Chinese symbolism, the juxtaposed elements of this revolution hexagram are fire under water. Fire evaporates water, and water puts out fire. Change often causes conflict; conflict brings about change. This hexagram refers to that time in the cycle of human affairs when things need stirring up, and when the hint of dramatic change is in the air.
In order to succeed, revolutions must be in alignment with certain immutable laws. They must begin at the right moment, gather support from a broad-base of people, be guided by sincere and capable leaders and – most important of all – must address a real need. The strength of the forces of change will always be in proportion to the urgency of the need being championed. This is true whether the revolution is in government, in business, in education or in one’s personal affairs. We are that change, that revolution that changes your chaos into order.
Revolutionary change points to a time when chaos arises from order. It is important to realize that not all order is good, not all chaos bad. Chaos, in fact, is an integral part of the way of things – as any parent (and modern science) will confirm. Have the courage to radically change and renew the way you present yourself. In this way, you can summon chaos to your cause, and you will unleash a new power on your behalf. If engaging in a negotiation, change the rules; if composing a piece of music, add the unexpected; if courting a lover, dare to be unconventional.
In periods of drought, even wild storms are preferable to yet another sunny day.

Julie finished the approved CPA Course in June 2013. Julie completes 20-30 hours of continuing education each year in tax updates, new software, programming, networking. We are always continuing to learn new information to help our clients. If we don’t know the answer, we will research and learn the information.

What is the difference between a certified public accountant and a normal accountant?
“Accountant” is a general term, referring to financial and tax professionals who follow specific rules and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), which are rules and standards set forth by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). An accountant is anyone that that keeps, audits and inspects financial records of individuals or business concerns and prepares financial and tax reports. An accountant is someone skilled and trained in accounting and/or someone that is in charge of financial accounts for a company or organization. We do not have to be certified public accountants to be called an “Accountant”.
CPA’s are accountants who have passed a very hard licensing examination in a state and have the required education. Also they have three little letters that define them as a certified public accountant and they are licensed by the state.
What is the difference? Not much!
What is Accounting?
Accounting is the art of recording, summarizing, reporting, and analyzing financial transactions. Bookkeeping is the practice of recording transactions. Bookkeepers tend to focus on the details, recording transactions in an efficient and organized manner, and they may or may not see the overall picture. Accountants use the work done by bookkeepers to produce and analyze financial reports. Although accounting follows the same principles and rules as bookkeeping, an accountant can design a system that will capture all of the details necessary to satisfy the needs of the business — managerial, financial reporting, projection, analysis, and tax reporting. A good accountant will create a system of financial reporting that gives a complete picture of a business. An accountant will see the whole picture not just the details.
If you say you are licensed in California, you need to be really specific what that means. Different licensing agencies get a little upset when you use a generic term such as “licensed”.
However license, registered and certificate have similar meanings. A license is an official document, to “be registered” says you have gotten a license or certificate to do something and a certificate is an official document attesting that you have registered and gotten a license. And you could get a license from any number of places in california.
